Your first appointment will take 6090 minutes. During this time, we will give you our undivided attention to understand your needs and address any concerns you may have.

How often should I get a dental cleaning?

We highly recommend visiting the dentist at least every 6 months for routine cleanings and exams. These visits help us catch issues early and keep your mouth healthy. Additionally, if you experience any pain or discomfort related to your teeth, gums, jaw, or mouth, please make an appointment as soon as possible.

Can I bring my own entertainment?

Absolutely. We encourage you to bring headphones or entertainment devices. If you have a favorite show or playlist, feel free to bring it along to make your visit more enjoyable.

What if I have a dental emergency?

If you experience a dental emergency, please call our office as soon as possible. During regular business hours, we will do our best to work you into our schedule. Care is currently reserved for existing patients only for emergency care after hours, over the weekend, and during holidays. Please call our office and select the emergency option, and we will return your call as soon as possible.

How can I prevent cavities?

To prevent cavities, maintain a good oral hygiene routine that includes brushing twice daily with fluoride toothpaste, flossing daily, and limiting sugary foods and drinks. Regular dental checkups and cleanings are also important for cavity prevention.

Are dental X-rays safe?

Yes, dental Xrays are safe and use minimalradiation. We use advanced digital Xray technology to minimize exposure. Xrays are essential for diagnosing issues that may not be visible during a physical exam.

 How do I know if I need a dental filling or crown?

Your dentist will determine if you need a filling or crown based on the extent of tooth damage or decay. Fillings are typically used for small to moderate cavities, while crowns are used for more extensive damage or to restore a tooth after a root canal.

 What should I do if I have bad breath?

Bad breath can be caused by various factors, including poor oral hygiene, gum disease, or certain foods. Improving your brushing and flossing routine, staying hydrated, and visiting your dentist regularly can help address bad breath. If the problem persists, consult with your dentist to identify any underlying causes.

 How can I care for my child’s dental health?

For children, it’s important to start oral hygiene early. Brush their teeth twice daily with a children’s fluoride toothpaste, floss regularly, and schedule their first dental visit between ages 13. Encourage healthy eating habits and limit sugary snacks.
